their clients. I believe that if I am to truly help my clients make a
measurable impact on their businesses, I need to dig down much
further. I will get to know your personality, your colleagues and
staff, your top challenges and achievements, your company culture, how
you make decisions, and what keeps you up at night.
Partnership
– You have a partner in Nicole Flowers Marketing, not just a
consultant. A key characteristic of a partnership is trust. Throughout
the engagement, clients don’t worry whether I have their true
interests at heart, or wonder what I’m doing on their behalf. It’s
important to me that clients feel comfortable with the process and how
we are moving forward together to achieve a successful outcome.
Communication
– Clients receive regular updates on the progress of our engagement.
Whether there is a snag in the timeline or we are moving ahead faster
than planned, I feel regular communication is critical to a successful
